Enter the reference number of the product you need the manual for in the box. You can find your product reference on the product label, after 'REF'. The reference is usually in a '1234.1234’ format.
Where is the label?
That depends on the type of product:
Crutches or walking sticks: The label will be on the tube or a plastic component in plain view.
Walkers or rollators: On walkers without a seat, the label will be on one of the tubes in plain view. In walkers with seat or rollators the label will be underneath the seat. Unfold and pull the seat upwards to see the label.
Wheelchairs: On Basic or Trial wheelchairs, the label is on one of the side plastic plates. On Line models, the label will be on one of the bracing tubes, under the seat.
Hoists: On hoists, the label will be on the stem. Do not confuse it with other labels on the control box or control.
